- queues and movement around the venue;
- tournament operations;
- stream and production areas;
- equipment use;
- safety;

- media concerns;
- emergency procedures;
- removal from restricted areas.
Attendees must follow reasonable staff instructions.
Refusal to cooperate with staff may result in refused entry, removal from the event, ticket invalidation or further action.
3. Age restriction and minors
KEL5 is a 16+ event.
People under 16 are not permitted to attend, unless the Organiser has given explicit written approval in exceptional circumstances.
Attendees aged 16 or 17 may attend only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

The Organiser may refuse entry where an attendee cannot provide required age or guardian-related information, where the information appears false or incomplete, or where venue rules, safety requirements or applicable law require refusal.
A parent or legal guardian remains responsible for deciding whether attendance is appropriate for the minor.
Additional rules for minors may be published before the event.
4. Tickets, passes and check-in
Entry requires a valid KEL5 ticket or pass.
Each QR pass is valid for one successful check-in only.
Tickets may be rejected if they are:

Do not share your QR pass publicly or with another person. The Organiser is not responsible if a ticket is used by someone else because the QR pass was shared, leaked or not kept secure.
5. osu! account-linked tickets
KEL5 tickets are linked to the verified osu! account used during purchase.
Attendees must not use another person’s osu! account to bypass event rules, ticket limits, bans or eligibility checks.
Corrections or transfers may be allowed only with Organiser approval.
The Organiser may refuse a correction or transfer where fraud, abuse, resale, ban evasion or safety concerns are reasonably suspected.
6. Badges, wristbands and access areas
If badges, wristbands, lanyards or other access markers are used, attendees must keep them visible where requested by staff.
Do not lend, sell, copy, swap, damage or tamper with access markers.
Some areas may be restricted to players, staff, production, media, partners, venue staff or authorised guests only.
Entering restricted areas without permission may result in removal from that area or from the event.

The Organiser may refuse entry, remove an attendee from the event, invalidate a ticket or take further action where an attendee damages property, attempts to hide damage, refuses to cooperate or creates a safety risk.
